In order to maintain FLIK standards, we ask you to place orders in advance of your event. A 24-hour notice for placement of cold orders and a 48-hour notice for hot and special orders would be greatly appreciated. Last minute orders will be handled in a timely fashion, but menu options may be more limited. A 24-hour cancellation notice is required for all regular orders.
Special orders require 48 hours’ notice cancellation and may incur rental or wait staff fees.
A guaranteed number of guests will need to be confirmed three working days prior to the event. If guest count exceeds guarantee count, the client will be billed accordingly.
